Commitment

Imbas aims to make its website accessible and usable for as many people as possible.

Accessibility standard

Imbas is working toward alignment with WCAG 2.1 Level AA / WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical. The site is an early-stage static site and will be improved over time.

Current accessibility features

Current features include:

  • Semantic page structure and headings.
  • Keyboard-visible focus styles.
  • Responsive layout.
  • Reduced-motion support for users who prefer less animation.
  • ARIA labels where used, including primary navigation and the site brand link.
  • Decorative visual layers marked aria-hidden where applicable.
  • Email inputs with labels or accessible names on signup forms.
  • A skip link to main content on site pages.

Known limitations

Some areas may still need review, including color contrast on certain text and backgrounds, long-page scanability, keyboard navigation in all interactive states, form behavior, and assistive-technology testing across browsers and devices.
